It was our tenth wedding anniversary and we decided to purchase a property abroad.  So we went searching for our dream property, always with the view that we would rent it out as a holiday home.

We knew we wanted to buy in Turkey, as it was the first place we had been to together abroad and we had been on holiday there many times since.  We had always found the people friendly, the restaurants served good food, there was plenty of history and culture and lots of sunshine.

We stayed in Side and met a friendly Hotel Manager called Durmuş at a restaurant we ate in every night while on holiday.  We said we were interested in purchasing a property and a couple of days later, he showed us lots of properties in the Side area of Turkey, with no pressure at all.  We fell in love with one complex in particular and bought a lovely 2 bedroom ground floor apartment.

We travelled backwards and forwards to set the apartment up for renting and kept in touch with Durmuş.  We marketed the apartment on the internet and through hard work, offering an excellent service and friendly approach, our first season was fully booked from April to November.

In fact, we were so successful that we received recommendations from the property developers to manage other peoples rentals.  So we did. 

We also joined partnership with Durmuş to sell property in Turkey.  We now sell properties all around the Antalya region of Turkey and are continually expanding our portfolio, always ensuring we deal with reputable developers.

Durmuş deals with the business from Turkey and we deal with the business from the UK.  A perfect partnership which enables us to ensure our customers receive the best service we can offer.
