Overview
This is a stunning air-conditioned ground floor apartment on the 5* luxury Oasis Residence complex. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower room (with Jacuzzi) and comfortably sleeps 6 Adults (plus travel cot). There are Indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, games room and tennis court. FREE Welcome pack on arrival.

The Apartment & Complex
The Apartment Ideal for couples and families. It has a furnished balcony off the master bedroom, ideal for that relaxing evening drink. The large front balcony, with table and chairs, overlooks the outdoor pools and is ideal for keeping a watchful eye on the children or just relaxing al fresco! The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and furnished balcony. There is a twin bedroom and luxury family bathroom with large corner Jacuzzi bath, separate shower and vanity sink. The apartment is fully furnished, so you can relax in the living area, with comfortable sofas and satellite TV. Or make use of the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine etc. There is air-conditioning / heating units as well as metal shutters on all windows, to keep the apartment cool / warm. There is a water cooler in the hallway - perfect for those hot summer holidays. There is also a Security intercom access to the apartment for your peace of mind. The Complex The complex is centered around a magnificent outdoor circular pool with feature bridge and separate childrens pool as well as free sun-loungers. The heated indoor pool is made private from the outside by a waterfall feature and is open for use all year round. The complex is set in landscaped gardens, protected by 24-hour security and has an air-conditioned fitness room, cafe-bar with table-tennis and pool tables and wireless internet. There is also an indoor play area to keep the children entertained.

The Location
Set in the ancient town of Side, the apartment offers a fantastic base for your holiday on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey. Located in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood, within walking distance of the old town, shops, restaurants and the beach. There are historical sites of interest - Temple of Apollo, Amphitheatre and meseum. There’s even a free shuttle bus service between the beach and complex (seasonal) The magnificent falls of Manavgat, the protected Sorgun forest and the golf resort of Belek with its six courses are all within a 25 minute drive. Car hire is available at the airport and in various locations in Side, both cheap and plentiful. Car hire is not essential as all amenities are within walking distance though to explore the areas many sights is recommended

There are communal terraces at the top of each block, which are available for all residents to use for sunbathing. There are fantastic views of the Sorgun Forest, Taurus Mountains, Towns and sea.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double,1 twin and a cot, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has a double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

apartment has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Entertainment:
The apartment has television with dvd, satellite or cable. The music system will play cassettes. Recreational activities available with the apartment include a home gym, a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

No hesitation in recommending the apartment/complex to anyone who would like quality accommodation in a complex which is not taken over by noisy teenagers. Apartment well furnished. Situated a 5-10 minute walk away from restuarants on main street. Free courtesy bus to beach and free sunbeds and parasols a real bonus - all you need to do is buy drinks and/or food from beach bar. Nearest supermarket a couple of minutes walk away."
